1. Services Provided

M.O. Toiture offers professional roofing services including inspections, repairs, replacements, and maintenance for residential properties across Quebec. Services are provided based on site-specific requirements and project details outlined in your estimate.

2. Estimates & Quotes

• Estimates are free and valid for 30 days.

• Final pricing may change due to site conditions or any additional work requested after the quote is accepted.

• Estimates may include specific disclaimers or conditions (e.g., acts of God, ice damming, etc.).

3. Deposits & Payments

• A 10% deposit may be requested to confirm the job.

• A 50% down payment (of the total job cost) is required once the project starts to cover material costs.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

• Cash

• Cheque

• E-transfer

• Bank Transfer

• Credit Card (with applicable processing fees)

• PayPal (with applicable processing fees)

4. Financing Options

If you choose GAF shingles, financing may be available directly through GAF. Ask us for more information during your quote.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• Materials Warranty: Up to 50 years (limited lifetime), provided by the manufacturer (GAF shingles).

• Labour Warranty: 20-year workmanship guarantee on all roofing jobs completed by M.O. Toiture.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed or ongoing work.

7. Cancellations

We currently do not have a cancellation policy. However, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or delay a scheduled job.

8. Payment Plans

We currently do not offer payment plans. Please contact us to discuss.

9. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Misuse or tamper with the site or any content on it.

• Submit false information via our contact forms.

• Copy or redistribute content without written permission.

10. Client Agreements

At this time, we do not require clients to sign a formal service agreement — but we’re working on introducing one for better clarity and mutual protection. Until then, your approved estimate will serve as the primary agreement between you and M.O. Toiture.

11. Limitation of Liability

M.O. Toiture is not responsible for delays, damages, or failures resulting from events beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of God, ice damming, extreme weather, or supplier issues.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any legal disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of Quebec.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on our website with a revised "Effective Date."
